Is your chemical pump consuming too much energy?
Conventional magnetic drive plastic chemical pumps on the market generally have low efficiency:
In metallic magnetic drive pumps, eddy current losses occur in the rear casing due to the magnetic field of the coupling. Non-metallic rear casings, on the other hand, are very costly.
Plastic magnetic drive pumps require thicker impeller blades to provide structural strength, which limits flow channel design. As a result, plastic pumps are less efficient than metal pumps.
Designing ultra-high efficiency plastic pumps is not impossible—the challenge lies in mass production while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
